Mr. Ziad Nimer serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Ooredoo Palestine, a position he assumed in January 2026. He originally joined Ooredoo in 2008 and has since held a series of senior leadership roles within the Company, including Senior Contact Center Manager, Head of Customer Services, Sales Director, and Director of Customer Services, a role he held until 2022, prior to assuming his current executive position.
Mr. Nimer brings extensive professional experience acquired through his work across several banks, where he held multiple roles in various departments. In addition, he has worked with private sector companies, gaining broad expertise in strategy development and operational planning, particularly within customer service and sales management.
Mr. Nimer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management in the United States. Furthermore, he has participated in several specialized training programs focused on sales strategy development and customer services.
